The festival season will be well underway by the end of June to test the strength, will power and wallets of party goers. Electric Daisy Carnival is June 21 to 23 and the following weekend after in Canada is the Digital Dreams festival on June 29 and 30 in Toronto. Anyone who lives within a few hours of Toronto has likely had their fair share of fun in the city but if you haven’t it’s time to change that. The city is a great place to travel to as well if you’re from a longer distance away.
The festival is located in downtown Toronto at The Flats @ M.C.A. (Ontario Place) and offers great views of the city and it’s outdoors and right on Lake Ontario so you’re not located in a concrete city center. The festival will attract well over 30,000 people to party during the day and into the night.
Dreams Stage, Echo Beach and The House of Boom will feature something for everyone spread across three stages. The lineup features everyone from Paul van Dyk to Richie Hawtin to DJ Bl3nd on Saturday and then varies between Dash Berlin, Steve Lawler and Dillon Francis on Sunday. If you’re doing a double take at those six names (there’s many many more) than I’d say the festival did a great job of putting together a diverse lineup.
