Could Insomniac Be Taking the Party to the Sea?

On Monday, December 17, 2012, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for “E.D. SEA” by Insomniac Holdings, LLC.  The current federal status of this trademark filing is Notice of Allowance – Issued. It appears that the event promoter behind Electric Daisy Carnival has plans to make an aquatic version of their already successful event brand.

On June 4th of this year, the trademark was officially issued for “E.D. SEA” under the classification of Transportation & Storage Services as well as Education and Entertainment Services.

“E.D. SEA” classification includes:

Arranging of cruises; Arranging of tours and cruises; Boat cruises; Organizing and conducting adaptive travel excursions, namely, boat cruises for individuals; Travel, excursion and cruise arrangement. Arranging, organizing, conducting, and hosting social entertainment events; Entertainment in the nature of live music concerts, disc jockey concerts, musical and artistic performances, music tours, carnivals, circuses, sporting events, dance parties, night clubs and art exhibitions; Organizing and arranging exhibitions for entertainment purposes.

As of now there is no information regarding the details surrounding “E.D. SEA”.
