Innovation is a hot topic in the world of electronic dance music headed towards 2014 and XS Nightclub in Las Vegas has released a video that gives a full 360 degree experience of the club as Kaskade performs behind the decks. The video gives you the chance to look around the room and get an idea of what the inside of the nightclub is like if you’ve never been there before. Technology from Immersive Media was used to create the first video of its kind and displays a lot of potential for the future whether it’s the inside of a club, the main stage of a festival or even a sporting event as a play happens.
On December 31, 2013 Kaskade will be appearing at XS Nightclub on New Years Eve and tickets are available for $200 for guys and $100 for the ladies.

Las Vegas – Fly above the dance floor, take in the party from the confetti’s viewpoint, and get up close and personal with one of the world’s best electronic music DJs through a new video unveiled today on Wynn Social of Kaskade at XS Nightclub. Technology from Immersive Media showcases the first video of its kind, giving viewers a 360-degree vantage point from inside one of the world’s premier nightlife venues.
“We have guests from across the globe join in the excitement at XS every night,” said Jesse Waits, managing partner of XS and Tryst nightclubs. “This technology allows a remarkable view to take in a pivotal moment of the DJ’s set and share with those who have yet to experience the atmosphere that can only be found at XS.”
The debut video captures the opening of Kaskade’s unforgettable set on Halloween night. The featured technology allows for viewers to jump from various parts of the venue and move the camera to look down on the DJ booth, turn in time to see the confetti cannons release and even pan the pool deck.
“Our relationship with Immersive Media will allow us to push the envelope,” said Waits. “This ground-breaking technology delivers the ‘wow’ factor to EDM fans and nightclub enthusiasts worldwide.”
Immersive Media specializes in providing a platform for the capturing, storage, editing, distribution and playback of 360-degree content. The collaboration with XS and the other Wynn Las Vegas venues will produce additional videos to be unveiled in the near future as well as plans for live streaming through Wynn Social.
