Deadmau5 Coffee Run with Tycho, Mayor to Get Sloppy Seconds

The Deadmau5 coffee runs are a guilty pleasure of a lot of people even if you don’t want to admit it to anyone. These videos that are typically 30 to 45 minutes in length are just a casual conversation between Deadmau5 and his passenger. When we get the chance we watch them and if you don’t want to watch the whole thing we’ll share the interesting parts of the coffee run.

In this run we learned:

Deadmau5 will be moving to San Francisco for six months to an unknown location with a big building. Safe to assume this will be for him to setup and plan his 2015 tour.

His entire setup will likely require 15 trucks.

They both discussed their thoughts on music they like and music they produce along with a lot of talk about what they do in the studio producing music.

This was the first coffee run in the new Nyan Cat Purrari. Deadmau5 said that he promised Tom Ford (he meant Rob Ford, the Mayor of Toronto) that he would be the first but in the video said, “guess what, sloppy seconds Ford.”

Here’s the car if you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t seen it:

And if you aren’t familiar with Tycho here’s two clips from the performance at The Hoxton in Toronto after this coffee run:
