After some slight delays getting to the venue today we arrived around 5 pm, just in time to catch Simon Patterson. I was sad that we missed Photographer but Psymon’s set was off the charts amazing. We headed towards the food trucks on the opposite end of the venue, stopping at Audien for a bit on the way.
Unfortunately the chicken sliders were unavailable today, but I settled on some Spaghetti that was pretty good! While eating we saw the end of Bro Safari and the opening few minutes of Myon and Shane 54 before heading back to the main stage. Returning just as Showtek began their set, full of high energy they had the entire crowd moving together at one point, jumping and dancing in unison. They ended their set by giving their oldest fans a treat by playing one of their classic hits, “FTS”! Dada Life was up next, continuing to ride the high energy of the crowd from a set that just ended.
We ran over to the Cheshire Woods stage to catch the beginning of Aly & Fila before racing back to Kaskade to finish off our night. Kaskade played a set that was full of his hits and mashups, and ended with a great fireworks display. Overall this weekend was a ton of fun and full of amazing sets!
