EDC Vegas ProTip #64 Don’t Be Afraid to Sleep

Today’s tip is a reminder that it’s a great idea to sleep and that you shouldn’t be afraid to tell your friends you’re going to sleep for a while.

Just about everyone has those friends that will keep going and going but many of us reach a point where we just need to sleep. When you get to that point you should go for it. It may seem like you’re missing out on some fun but you’ll be happier when you wake up rejuvenated and ready for another night of dancing at the Speedway or just wandering the strip.

You don’t want to sleep away your adventure in Las Vegas but you always don’t want to drain yourself to the point of exhaustion or be a grumpy pain in the ass towards those around you.

A few other tips about sleep:

* If you’ll have multiple rooms with the group your partying with just keep the party in one room and the other for those who want to sleep if it gets to that point.

* We’ve all screwed around with that person who passed out before everyone else but go easy in Las Vegas. If someone is done than let them be done.

* If you need to nap than go for it but make sure you set your alarm so you don’t suddenly sleep for 12 hours if your friends aren’t around to wake you up.

* If you are flying make sure to try and take a nap on the plane so you’re ready to go once you land.

You won’t sleep all that much while in Las Vegas but the tip here is to get some sleep and don’t be afraid to know when you’re done and you need some rest!
