EDC Vegas ProTip #53 Prevent Yourself from Being a Grumpy Pain in the Ass

Do you become a grumpy pain in the ass when you’re tired? How about when you’re hungry? Probably when you’re sketched out? If you know you become grumpy to those things or anything else make sure to prevent yourself from becoming that way!

SLEEP! ProTip #64 was to not be afraid to sleep. You know how many hours you need so make it happen. The peer pressure will be on to make sure you keep partying or wandering but when you need a nap make sure to take one. You don’t want to sleep the trip away but you want to be able to experience the festival to the fullest.

EAT! ProTip #57 was about snacks like energy gels, granola, protein and meal replacement bars. Some people can go a day without eating and exist just fine. Other people need to eat or their bodies crash and they want to bite off the head of the closest person who sneezes wrong. There’s a million places to eat in Las Vegas, know when you need to get fuel into your body and make it happen.

You also don’t get yourself in too deep in anything where you’ll be sketched out or too hungover to deal with the world. The last thing you want to do is be back home a day or two after the festival and think, “wow I really screwed up my vacation.”

Hopefully you’re not too self centered to realize what makes you that way so make sure to know how YOU can prevent yourself from being that grumpy pain in the ass.

Anyone who has been to a festival before or even an extended vacation knows all about someone that has become a grumpy pain in the ass and it’s not fun. It’s annoying. You don’t want to bicker but you don’t want to deal with that crap from someone. A lot of people are used to partying with a group of friends at a pre party, the party and maybe in the morning before going separate ways and back to your own home. Think of it this way, you’ll have a roommate for three or more days so don’t be that asshole roommate!

If any of this reminds you of one of your friends make sure you share it with them. Just remember that you’re in Las Vegas at one of the world’s best festivals on vacation and away from home.
