It’s been an amazing Sunday night at EDC Las Vegas and you’ve stayed until the very end to watch the sunrise over the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. You catch the shuttle back to your hotel and maybe if you’re lucky you sneak in 2 hours of sleep before taking a shower and packing, barely making your 11 am check out time. So if you haven’t already booked your hotel room yet for EDC, you just might want to consider staying at the Palms.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll need to book your room directly through their website palms.com and provide them with an anticipated arrival time (their standard check-in is at 3 p.m.).
- When checking into the hotel, they’ll ask you for your mobile phone number.
- On your day of departure, the Palms will send you a text reminder an hour before your scheduled departure time.

What time is check-in for 24-Hour Check-In?
Standard Check-In is at 3 p.m. Should a guest arrive before 3 p.m., the guest will be provided the next available room based on availability. Their check-out time will be 24 hours after the time they checked in.Example: On a one-night stay, a guest checking in at 8 p.m. on a Wednesday will be able to check out at 8 p.m. on the day of their departure.
What is the latest time a guest will be able to checkout?
The latest checkout time available is 11:00 p.m.Example: A guest arriving at 11:30 p.m. on a Wednesday will be able to check out at 11 p.m. on the day of their departure.

Upon arrival, the guest will provide the hotel with a mobile phone number to communicate via text message. On the day of departure, the guest will receive a reminder text about the scheduled departure time (the guest can even check out via text).
