Countdown to EDC: 93 Days

It’s been an amazing Sunday night at EDC Las Vegas and you’ve stayed until the very end to watch the sunrise over the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. You catch the shuttle back to your hotel and maybe if you’re lucky you sneak in 2 hours of sleep before taking a shower and packing, barely making your 11 am check out time. Wouldn’t it be nice to actually be able to get a decent amount of sleep after three full days and nights of pool parties and EDC. Well now there is one hotel in Vegas that is offering their guests a 24-hour checkout. So if you haven’t already booked your hotel room yet for EDC, you just might want to consider staying at the Palms.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You’ll need to book your room directly through their website palms.com and provide them with an anticipated arrival time (their standard check-in is at 3 p.m.).
  2. When checking into the hotel, they’ll ask you for your mobile phone number.
  3. On your day of departure, the Palms will send you a text reminder an hour before your scheduled departure time.

The FAQs as listed on the Palms’ website.

Guests can maximize their Las Vegas experience at no extra cost by booking the 24-hour checkout option on SuperiorPremier and Ivory Suites, by booking at Palms.com.

“We are very proud to be the first major hotel in the U.S. to offer 24-hour checkout to our guests. It is a simple concept: For example, if a guest checks in at 8 p.m. on a Friday, they will be allowed to enjoy the room until 8 p.m. on their day of departure. We think this is a benefit many of our guests will appreciate and certainly enjoy,” said Daniel R. Lee, CEO of Palms Casino Resort.
