Armin van Buuren Ibiza Solo Set

There’s an interesting piece of information on the A State of Trance site announcing information for Privilege in Ibiza where Armin van Buuren will again have his summer residency.

The calendar lists all of the dates throughout the summer with names of DJ’s like Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila, Dash Berlin, Ruben de Ronde, W&W, Cosmic Gate and the list goes on and on. No big deal, just another summer of A State of Trance nights with the usual crew.

And then there is this:

Armin van Buuren 24 Hour Set

That’s it. Nothing else. Is it real? A typo? Is he going for some record? Trying to put the marathon sets of Danny Tenaglia and Markus Schulz to shame? We’ll know soon enough but it’s safe to say we’re all on edge wanting more information.

Update: The above appeared about eight hours ago but now is only listed as:

Armin van Buuren Solo SetArmin is still capable of playing an extended set just as well as anyone else, it’ll be great to see how long he plays and this sticks out as the night out of all of them to be in Ibiza!
