2014 ProTip #29: Get Excited for EDC by Watching the Movie Under the Electric Sky

Sometimes waiting is hard but thanks to the new movie Under the Electric Sky, you can get your EDC fix to help tide you over before the big event next month. This 3D film goes behind the scenes of Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas chronicling the love, community and life of festival goers during EDC, the largest music festival in the US. Behind-the-scenes footage and exclusive interviews with Insomniac’s Pasquale Rotella about the making of the festival will reveal the magic that makes this three-night, 345,000-person event a global phenomenon. 

If you’re located in the San Francisco Bay Area, on Wednesday, June 11, The Scene is Dead and Cassiel’s Kandi will be hosting a special screening of Under the Electric Sky at AMC Metreon located 
135 Fourth Street, Suite 3000 in San Francisco (map). General admission is 
$14.00. Each person attending the screening on June 11th will receive one EDC themed kandi single to relive the memory of watching this film together, each handmade by Brittany Cassiel  from Cassiel’s Kandi.  In addition each person will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a drawstring bag from The Scene is Dead .

Showtime is 7:30 pm until 9 pm.  Afterwards you’ll be able to head over 3 blocks to the after party at EPR to rage it up, getting you even more excited for EDC Las Vegas 2014!
