2014 ProTip #28: Where Are My EDC Tickets?

Now that it is the last week of May everyone is wondering when they’ll be receiving their EDC Las Vegas 2014 tickets. Flavorus should be emailing everyone in the US and Canada who purchased tickets a tracking number as soon as their tickets have been shipped. You can also check the status of your shipment by logging into your account on the Flavorus website at http://www.flavorus.com and click the “DETAILS” button. If you click the tracking number link that is listed it will take you directly the USPS website where you can check the status of your shipment and expected arrival date. If nothing is listed yet, that means your ticket has not been shipped. Based on the information listed on the USPS website tracking page, it appears that EDC tickets shipping to US addresses will be sent out USPS Priority Mail 2-Day.

Flavorus has some additional information posted on their Facebook page and also on their website at the Flavorus Help Center:

Electric Daisy Carnival tickets will be shipped around late May. Once your tickets go out, we will email you a message notifying you of the USPS tracking number. Make sure to add us to your email contacts to ensure we don’t end up in spam!
*Canada- If you selected Priority Mail Canada you will also be emailed a tracking number. If you didn’t, your tickets will be at will call. (Make sure to show the credit card used to make the purchase, and the ID associated with the name on the credit card.)
*International- Your ticket will be available at Will Call (Make sure to show the credit card used to make the purchase, and the ID associated with the name on the credit card.)

Please feel free to contact us with any questions 7 days a week, 8am – 8pm PST at 1-855-2-FLAVOR or help@flavorus.com

You can also check the status of the shipment of your shuttle pass the same way. However, in order to verify what shuttle stop wristband you’ll be receiving, you’ll need to click the “PRINT” button. Your shuttle stop will be listed on your shipping receipt. According to Pasquale Rotella, “#EDCLV shuttle passes are mailed separately, shortly after the tickets ship out (end of May).”

When I went to check the shipping status of my own ticket and shuttle pass, I noticed that a tracking number was already assigned back in April.  I also noticed there was a different tracking number for my EDC ticket than my shuttle pass, so it does appears that both these will be shipping out separately this year. The USPS website indicated that my shuttle pass will be shipping out USPS First-Class which often can take a few days longer than Priority Mail 2-Day.

So this week keep an eye out for an email from Flavorus (if you don’t receive it you should check your spam folder) or just log on to your Flavorus account to find out when you should expect to receive your ticket. The next thing you’re probably wondering about is what goodies will be included in with your ticket this year.  Well I guess you’ll just have to wait to find out!
