Wavefront Music Fest and the $32,000 VIP Package

The Wavefront Music Festival will take place at Chicago’s Montrose Beach on July 5, 6, & 7, 2013 and follows in the tradition of the great summer fests in Chicago. It’s an all ages event with 21+ areas servicing alcohol and features over 100 artists on four stages with each capped off with fireworks over the lakefront.

Headliners for the festival range from Cosmic Gate, Danny Tenaglia, Diplo, Dubfire, Fatboy Slim, Lee Burridge, Magda, Mark Farina, Rusko, TJR and many other artists in between all of them. It’s a diverse lineup that covers just about all genres and looks to be a great festival for Chicago.

Now here’s the eye catching part – a three day VIP Platinum Cabana package for only $32,000. An even more amusing part about that package is that the service charge is only $9. For one Ultra 2014 ticket the service fee’s are $90.05. $32,000 will get you tickets for 18 people and the following:

  • VIP festival access and express entry for all
  • Largest cabana for 18 people
  • The best premier main stage view
  • A dip tub in the suite
  • Access to private bathrooms
  • 9 premium vodka’s
  • 9 premium champagnes
  • 48 waters
  • 96 beers
  • 48 Vita Cocos

Hopefully you get all of those things every day because 96 beers for 18 people isn’t all that many. Also, is a dip tub a fancy term for a kiddie pool? And does anyone really need 48 bottles of coconut water? Someone who makes more money than I do has probably done their homework to know that’s what a VIP would want.

Prices range from $69.99 for a single day all the way up to $32,000 for that 3 day Platinum Cabana for 18 people.

Buy tickets here.
